Preferred Qualifications Position Summary
This position is the assistant to the Office Manager at the RCLD. This person is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the RCLD, including managing the main telephone, main office reception of clients, receiving intake packets, scheduling of clients, data entry into client database, and preparing psychometric summaries.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills. Ability to use discretion with confidential information. Ability to use independent judgement. Ability to work under limited supervision.

Sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling; spending long periods of time at a computer.

Answer the main phone lines and serve as the front office contact for the RCLD. Answer questions and direct calls as needed. Explain evaluation process to potential clients, call referrals, and make appointment reminder calls.
Percentage of time 25 Duties/Responsibilities
Prepare summary for reports from client test scores.

Check all RCLD email accounts daily and answer accordingly.
Percentage of time 15 Duties/Responsibilities
Data Entry. Enter client data into RCLD Research database upon completion of evaluation.

Monitor office supplies and let office manager know when any ordering is needed.
